White Wines

2022 Seyval Blanc

We aged estate-grown seyval blanc in stainless steel resulting in a medium- to full-bodied wine. Look for citrus notes such as grapefruit zest on the nose and palate, the brightness of the grape’s acidity throughout, and a bold finish.

22018 Petit Manseng

A light, dry wine with notes of pear, citrus, pineapple, and subtle oak. Delightfully complex, especially for a wine from this challenging
harvest year.

2020 Seyval Blanc

A bold wine made from estate-grown grapes that went through full malolactic fermentation and was then aged over 24 months in new American oak barrels. Expect an abundance of oak in this chewy, complex white wine with hints of honey and apricot and a long, yet clean finish. Enjoy on its own or paired with something buttery.

Red Wines

2019 Chambourcin Oaked (new release)

This lively red was aged 36 months in new American oak, creating a wine that greets the nose with sweet oak and fruit and expresses tart red fruit softened by cream on the palate. This is a lighter option that pairs well with the savory notes of stuffing.

2021 Dornfelder
(new release)

With aromas of leather and confectioner’s glaze on the nose, this estate-grown red was aged for 36 months in new Hungarian oak and features fragrant floral notes on the palate that are balanced by hints of tobacco and cream, with soft tannins giving the wine a velvety texture.

2015 Petit Verdot

Intense bold dry red. Aged 16 months in 25% new French Oak. Violets, plums and baking spices on the nose. Fruit Forward, full bodied. Tannins that stand up well to meats like lamb, juicy burgers or steaks. The earthy elements pair well with mushrooms, black beans and lentils.
